Osan Yaran - Wollen wir beginnen?
What's it about?
"Wollen wir beginnen?" – that is more than just a title. It is the moment just before: when everything is ready, when you know that it is about to start. A simple question that feels like a starting signal. That is exactly how Osan Yaran opens his new program. A glance at the audience, a brief smile, and then there is no turning back. With his fourth solo program "Wollen wir beginnen?" Osan Yaran shows the most personal and at the same time most pointed side of his humor so far. It is about getting older, about moments you would rather forget, such as the first time or prostate examinations. Or the absurd situation where you suddenly are mistaken for a doctor on the train and realize: adulthood is sometimes just well-played improvisation. Between fatherhood, marriage, stage, and daily madness, Osan observes the world with a view that is both sharp and self-ironic. Memories of family, first insecurities, and formative encounters in life meet current topics like artificial intelligence, social media, and the overwhelm of a man trying to meet everything. With full body effort, precise timing, and his unmistakable directness, Osan Yaran combines personal stories with big questions of everyday life. "Wollen wir beginnen?" is not a quiet start, but the moment when expectation turns into energy and it becomes clear: now it begins!
