Theriak is a legendary remedy from antiquity, which has its own museum at the Grazer Mohren Apotheke. The so-called Theriak-Labor offers events, workshops, children's workshops, and guided tours on health topics for everyone. To accommodate individual wishes, advance registration is requested. The nearest barrier-free parking lot is located very close, directly in the underground garage at the Kunsthaus. A renovation is planned to make the entrance more customer-friendly. Personal assistants participate in the events free of charge. In the museum itself, child-friendly chairs are available for the youngest visitors; the tables are height-adjustable, which is especially appreciated by wheelchair users and children. The coat hooks are installed so that they are easily reachable even from a seated position. To make reading various materials easier, these are printed in large, high-contrast text. Some informational materials are also available in Braille. Magnifying glasses can be borrowed free of charge at any time. Those interested can also make cosmetics themselves—the staff are well-trained and happy to explain everything in detail. The events are therefore highly recommended for children and people with learning difficulties.
