Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of music from the cult fantasy series, based on the famous Harry Potter novels by J.K. Rowling – the most charming event in September for the whole family, an experience you should not miss! We invite you to Hogwarts – on an exciting musical journey with J.K. Rowling's most beloved characters. An unforgettable pleasure for the whole family is guaranteed. The evening features the magical music from the legendary Harry Potter films, performed by the extraordinary Mystery Ensemble. The film music was masterfully composed by John Williams. The composer wrote the music in his residences in Los Angeles and Tanglewood and recorded it in September 2001 at Abbey Road and Air Lyndhurst Studios in London. The film features many characteristic leitmotifs, most of which were also repeated in the second part of the Harry Potter franchise, 'Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.' The main composition, 'Hedwig’s Theme,' can be heard in all films in slightly altered form. The soundtrack was released on CD on October 30, 2001. On December 14, 2001, the soundtrack was awarded Gold in Canada (50,000 units), and in January 2002, also in Japan (100,000 units).
