Voodoo Jürgens & die Ansa Panier present themselves revitalized and renewed as a live band in 2026. Rumor has it that Voodoo worked on new material high in the German North, where Heintje once sang about his "Mama". The first three Voodoo albums "Ansa Woar", "`s klane Glücksspiel" and "Wie die Nocht noch jung wor" are all well-deserved classics of Austrian pop, and equally form a kind of Sturm & Drang trilogy of early Voodoo. Now with album four, a sound rejuvenation is due; a departure in sound and vision. The lyrical palette is also to be expanded, leaving the pub for the big world out there, as well as the small world in here, that in one's own soul. The band feels that they have their best album, their greatest hit, in store, and so one can expect a lot from Voodoo and his Ansa Panier live in 2026.
