In the show kitchen, Jorgos Kostomiris, also known as "Der Pannonist," prepares a summer menu from the market's products. This pairs well with wines from Weingut BACK TO EDEN from Gols, freshly tapped beer from Westwind-Brauerei from Deutsch Jahrndorf, and apple and fruit juices from Biohof Hansi from Oberweiden. Also look forward to numerous tastings with our producers, the popular petting goats for the little guests, and many enjoyable encounters at the market.
