Pre-Christmas season at the yacht harbor in Oggau. Opening of the floating Christmas crib on Lake Neusiedl & Advent swimming with Christmas tree sinking by the water rescue. A special attraction is a illuminated, floating nativity scene at the Oggau yacht harbor. A unique reflection on the water provides pre-Christmas festive lights. The nativity scene is created by artist Mag.art Slobodan Oreščanin. The crib can be visited daily during the Advent season. On this evening, the traditional Advent swimming with Christmas tree sinking by the Austrian water rescue will also take place. Visitors hang notes with Christmas wishes on the tree. The tree is blessed by the priest and then sunk and secured by the divers of the water rescue — in honor of those who have died in the lake. Atmospheric ambiance with fire bowls, charity punch, and Christmas music will make this evening a special experience.
