Open Day in Burgenland Museums

What's it about?

For the 23rd time, on October 26, 2026, Burgenland museums will host an Open Day. This year, 39 museums and collections are participating in this initiative. From Schloss Halbturn to the newly opened Film & Retro Museum in Minihof-Liebau, all participating museums — unless a different time is noted — can be visited from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with free admission. At Schuhmühle Schattendorf, archaeological finds from Schattendorf, the mill history, and acquisitions of artworks can be seen. The "27er Haus" is also open.
