Open Day in Burgenland Museums

What's it about?

For the 23rd time, on October 26, 2026, Burgenland museums will host an Open Day. This year, 39 museums and collections are participating in this initiative by the cultural department. From Schloss Halbturn to the Film & Retro Museum in Minihof-Libau, all participating museums — unless a different time is noted — can be visited from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with free admission. The thematic range extends from visual arts and customs to experiencing history — presented in open-air and specialized museums, galleries, castles, and palaces.
