ALPINALE Short Film ALPTRAUM

What's it about?

Ready for a thrill? For the spooky ALPTRAUM horror short film night, ALPINALE invites all brave cinephiles to the Remise in Bludenz. Here, horror film fans who cheer instead of tremble at the sight of murderous monsters and bloodthirsty killers will get their money's worth. Those who pass the courage test until the end can vote for their favorite horror short film. The best short films will then be included in the competition "Best Short Film Horror" for the Golden Bloody Unicorn at the ALPINALE Short Film Festival in summer 2025. From this selection, the jury will choose and award the winning horror short film. Additionally, there will be a contest for the three best costumes, selected by a three-member jury from among the visitors. This year, all films are in English or have English subtitles if they are in another foreign language or original language.
