Herb Walk
What's it about?
Meadow sage, bloodroot and lady's mantle – the plant world in the Tiroler Lech Nature Park is famous for its extraordinary variety of herbs. Even in the Middle Ages, medicinal herbs were used in folk medicine, and they are still used in modern medicine today. During a short walk, you will learn interesting facts about the application and effects of local wild herbs. There will also be some tips on collecting, drying and, of course, making products such as ointments, tinctures and teas.
