Glacier Hike to Braunschweiger Hütte

What's it about?

The hike first leads over the Mittelbergferner glacier and then up a ladder to the Braunschweiger Hütte. Afterwards, the path descends again into the valley on a steep trail along thundering waterfalls. Due to the progressive glacier retreat, the transition from the glacier to the rock has become more challenging. Sure-footedness, a head for heights, and good physical condition are therefore absolutely essential.
