HUMISTE: "All das Schöne"
What's it about?
A compelling one-person play about change, resistance, and the search for hope in everyday life. Hartwig Ladner follows the small moments where beauty appears—especially where nothing is perfect. How much must happen before the world truly changes? In "All das Schöne" by Duncan Macmillan, Hartwig Ladner follows a person on their journey through contemporary everyday life—attentively, directly, and very close to the audience. Only with language and presence, a theater evening emerges that explores the quiet moments when hope flickers, doubts grow, and the question remains of how to continue in an imperfect world. The current piece by Theaterforum HUMISTE tells of change, resistance, and the ability to discover beauty where one might not expect it anymore. Minimalist in form but powerful in effect, "All das Schöne" opens a space for reflection, empathy, and silent wonder.
