What's it about?

"Everything quite normal (or not)" From seven sketches, a coherent play was created through the collaborative work of the ensemble. Directed by: Anna Maria Widmann Performed by children, teenagers and adults from diebühne Kirchberg and diebühne Teens Kirchberg In this intergenerational play, children, teenagers and adults meet and show how turbulent family life can really be. Whether at an escalating Sunday dinner, in a chaotic WhatsApp group chat, in a youth center or in the midst of relationship crises: different expectations, misunderstandings and strong emotions collide. With a lot of humor, pace and an honest look, the play tells of the completely normal family madness – of arguments and closeness, of being overwhelmed and cohesion. Because no matter how different the perspectives are: in the end, the realization remains that family doesn't have to be perfect – it just is.
