Kufsteiner Jazz Nights start in March. The fortress city gains a musical highlight. On March 10th, the "Kufsteiner Jazz Nights" series kicks off. The Panorama 1830 Sky Bar in Römerhofgasse has been secured as an exclusive location. "Jazz.m.b.H. Kufstein" is responsible for the program. The trio has been dedicated to sophisticated music for over forty years and is a regular guest at "Kufstein Unlimited". The formation, consisting of bandleader Julius Lüthi (piano, composition), Artur Egger (bass), and Klaus Steidl (drums), performs jazz and Latin standards as well as original compositions. The audience appreciates the groovy and independent interpretations of Jazz.m.b.H. Kufstein. Over the years, they have remained true to the concept of enhancing the sound with soloists and vocalists. Renowned guest musicians have been recruited repeatedly, such as saxophonist and winner of the Tyrolean Music Prize, Florian Bramböck. The motto of the first Kufsteiner Jazz Night is therefore aptly "Florian plays Bramböck". In addition to groovy jazz standards, original compositions by the well-known saxophonist are on the program. The jazz series at the Panorama 1830 Sky Bar will take place until October 2026, every second Tuesday of the month from 7 PM to 10 PM. Admission is free.
