We start at the Tux Center in Lanersbach and hike via Klausboden up to the Loschbodenalm (1,710 m), which lies at the foot of the mighty Höllenstein. In the Swiss pine forest, we now hear the typical call of the spotted nutcracker, which hides Swiss pine nuts as provisions for the winter in summer and - after not finding all of them again - spreads the seeds for tree offspring up into the rocky region. With beautiful views of the Tux Alps and the end of the valley, we continue to Tapeneck (1,903 m), the highest point of the hike. From here, we descend leisurely to the Grieralm (1,787m), where we can refresh ourselves with a cozy stop with a view. We then hike back down into the valley via the forest road. Character: Moderately difficult hike (approx. 700 vertical meters ascent and descent, 11 km)Duration: approx. 5 hours, of which 4 hours walking timeMeeting point: 8:40 am | Tux Center LanersbachCost contribution: Adults € 15.00 | Guests of Nature Park partner businesses free of charge!Refreshment stop possible
