Notaries Chamber for Tyrol and Vorarlberg Official day every first Thursday of the month from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the meeting room of the municipality of Gries am Brenner. ATTENTION: To use the consultation service, a short registration at the municipal office is required - either via online form or by phone at +43 5274 87237. Registrations are possible until Wednesday at 12:00 PM (the day before the consultation). If fewer than two registrations are received, the consultation will be canceled. Legal advice provided by the respective notary within the framework of the official days on notarial topics is free of charge and is offered as a citizen service. The consultation primarily covers the following topics: transfer; donation; purchase; real estate transfer tax; gift tax; rights of way; land register; will; inheritance tax; consequences of nursing home residence; life partnership; inheritance succession; divorce agreements; business transfers.
