Fungi have fascinated people throughout history due to their diversity: some are delicious edible mushrooms, others are dangerous poisonous mushrooms, and many are simply beautiful. The lecture provides an understandable insight into the unique way of life of fungi – from the invisible mycelium in the soil to their role in forests, nature, and for us humans. We also cover edible and poisonous mushrooms and show what to pay attention to when collecting and identifying them.
