Galerie Maier

In the traditional rooms of Palais Trapp at Maria-Theresien-Straße 38 in Innsbruck, we organize ten to twelve exhibitions annually. With informational exhibitions and long-term artwork support, we present artists in solo and thematic exhibitions to showcase them in the context of 20th and 21st-century art. In addition to the focus on painting, sculpture is also shown with important artistic positions such as the Wotruba School and artists who pursue an independent, personal, visionary, and forward-looking body of work. The beautiful rooms of the Palais and the magnificent inner courtyard provide us with this opportunity. On the first floor, selected artworks are continuously on display, offering insight into the gallery program. In addition to in-house activities, we also organize and curate exhibitions in museums and galleries.
