Kalser Stamp Mills in Operation
What's it about?
Demonstration milling in the Kerermühle on the Dorferbach. Miller Hans explains, using an old stamp mill, how grain was milled into flour in the past using water power. Freshly baked farmer's bread from a stone oven, made according to old tradition, and wholemeal flour are offered. Further information at www.kals-stockmuehlen.at.
