With the "E-Bike" on a fantastic discovery tour to the Hölzlahneralm

What's it about?

The tour starts comfortably on the Salzach cycle path from Bramberg heading west, past Neukirchen and Wald, to the final stop of the Pinzgaubahn. From here, the path gently ascends through the forest towards Krimml. After a short stretch on the Gerlos Alpine Road, you reach a car park that offers an impressive view of the Krimml Waterfalls. Shortly after, you turn onto the Krimmler Tauern cycle path, which leads moderately steeply into the Achental. Behind the tunnel, the valley opens up and the path runs along the Ache without much ascent until you reach the Hölzlahneralm. This gives us time to take in the great panorama of the Achental.
