The operating hours depend on snow conditions and weather. The ascent is possible until 16:15. The toboggan run is open daily (except Mondays until 18:00) until 22:00 and is illuminated along the entire length. After 22:00 (and after 18:00 on Mondays), the toboggan run is closed for all operations. To enhance the tobogganing experience and ensure optimal conditions, extensive grooming work is carried out every Monday from 18:00. Every Friday, an extended ascent for tobogganists is possible until 18:30 with the Smaragdbahn, weather permitting. Snowbikes and skibobs are transported from December 25, 2025, to January 6, 2026, and from January 25 to March 7, 2026, from 12:00 onwards due to capacity reasons.
