What's it about?

Birth preparation is an essential part of pregnancy that helps expectant parents prepare both physically and emotionally for the birth and the arrival of their baby. In our birth preparation courses, expectant mothers and fathers learn everything about childbirth and receive valuable tips and tricks for a relaxed pregnancy. Our midwives take time for your questions and shared experiences. The courses are also a welcome 'break' for mothers who have already given birth, providing a calm space to prepare for the baby. Six modules of 2 hours each. Cost: € 96.
