What's it about?

"MIDSUMMER POEM" is a musical tribute to possibly the most powerful time of the year, midsummer. When the day seems endless, vitamin D levels are saturated, and nature abundantly gifts us with images, colors, scents, and many nourishing sensory experiences. Stefanie Boltz & Martin Kursawe have immersed themselves in midsummer to celebrate its various facets with us. "Everybody loves the sunshine" grooves Roy Ayers, Mancini's "Slow Hot Wind," the "Summer Breeze," and all forms of a "Heat Wave" take us into an exceptional physical-emotional state. It is midsummer.
