We are proud to be the first swimming pool in Austria to offer this exciting water fitness workout. Whether you are a beginner or advanced – with Hydrohex, you will find the right challenge for your fitness level. The course takes place directly in the indoor pool and is displayed and explained via a 100-inch TV. The courses are designed so there is something for everyone – course length between 30 and 45 minutes. Look forward to a varied program that is fun and keeps you fit at the same time.
