Balloon Week

What's it about?

In January, between 30 and 40 hot air balloons will compete for the coveted "Alpen-Trophy" again. Daily, numerous hot air balloons launch in Gosau, district Mittertal, in the Holzmeisterfeld near the gas station. They ascend rapidly and decorate the sky as if giant colorful spheres are hanging over Gosau. Be there and be amazed by the colorful variety. The highlight of the week is the Night of the Balloons at the Hornspitz valley station on Wednesday.
