What's it about?

Cooking together in the ambiance of the 500-year-old Rauchhaus Mühlgrub! DURATION including a cozy conclusion: approximately 3 hours. 2:00 PM: Welcome drink at Rauchhaus Mühlgrub followed by an individual tour of the museum. After an interesting tour through the 500-year-old building, the cooking begins! Under the expert guidance of a Hofer farmer's wife, we will learn how to prepare fluffy Kaiserschmarrn with apple sauce and bake our own Pofesen, a traditional sweet dish from our region. Depending on the weather, the delicacies can be enjoyed afterwards on the cozy house bench or in the rustic parlor. Minimum number of participants: 4 persons / Maximum group size: 10 persons / Registration deadline: the day before (Thursday) by 12:00 PM PRICE: Adults €34 / Children (6-15 years) €12 / including apron rentals and drinks (welcome drink, beverage and/or coffee with the meal) Registration & tickets: Available at all offices of the Fuschlseeregion Tourist Association.
