Energieabend - Erwartungen

What's it about?

Many people try to meet the expectations of others — often until they hardly notice their own needs. But expectations of ourselves can also create pressure. The demand to do everything right, not to disappoint anyone, or to always be strong often costs more energy than we realize. At this energy evening, we will explore the question of which expectations support us and which confine or even harm us. Together, we will look at how we can learn to distinguish between the ideas of others and our own path. Because not every expectation needs to be fulfilled. And not every expectation is truly meant for you. Some may be consciously released. This creates more space for you — and for what truly belongs to you. Main theme: 🖤 If the expectations of others were to disappear — what decision would you make today? Energy exchange: €99 Partner price: €79 per person.
