Simple body movements from Wisdom QiGong and crystal sound bring your body, mind, soul, and heart into harmony. Clear thoughts, balanced, and full of joy throughout the day. We begin the session with flowing, simple body movements. Afterwards, we go into relaxation with crystal sound. Through practice, you bring everything in your system into motion. Crystal sound integrates and strengthens your immune system. Effects include boosting the immune system and life forces, stimulating energy flow, increasing quality of life, promoting serenity and relaxation, physical and mental detoxification, cleansing, and clarification. Wednesdays 7:00-7:50 AM, September 16 - December 16, 2026. 13 sessions at Inama Studios BioArt Campus. 245 EUR for 13 sessions, 25 EUR for individual sessions.
