What's it about?

After the field procession with horse blessing, the traditional wreath-sticking event takes place, where riders demonstrate their skill. Local clubs and restaurateurs provide food and drinks. The culinary offerings range from Pofesen (Austrian fried dough treats), cakes, and coffee to hearty delicacies, liqueurs, and schnapps. The musical accompaniment is provided by the Trachtenmusikkapelle Hochfeld.
