Familienexkursion: Springkraut! Kulinarisch - Kreativ

What's it about?

Our excursion on the topic of springkraut combines nature exploration with culinary delights. We learn about the properties and habitat of the invasive springkraut and discover how it can be used in the kitchen. At the end of the tour, we will jointly make a delicious lemonade from the flowers. Please bring: bread for personal consumption and collecting bags or baskets. When and where: 10:00 AM at the Auenwerkstatt; Weitwörth. Duration: until 1:00 PM. Cost: €10.00 per person, children up to 15 years €5.00. Registration required at umweltbildung@hausdernatur.at.
