What's it about?

Clarify and shape professional perspectives. Consciously designing your own path and making career decisions is a challenge, especially for women who need to consider work, family, and personal goals in their planning. Often, it feels as if there is no clear thread in the career path, and it is not always obvious where the professional journey should lead. However, engaging with this pays off: it has a positive effect on satisfaction and motivation as well as income. A professional perspective can be, for example, a leadership role, a new area of work, or a completely new profession. Together, we will examine which values, interests, and conditions influence your individual career path and how you can clearly define your goals. This also involves questions about what leadership responsibility can look like — in a team, in a project, or in a formal management role — and how you want to develop your leadership style. It also considers whether it is possible to realize both: starting a family and taking on a leadership role. The focus is on your previous career path. From this, you will develop ideas and visions for your next steps.
