What's it about?

Farveblind is one of the most exciting live acts in the Danish music scene and captivates audiences with their energetic mix of Acid Techno, Breakbeats, and Punk, performing at festivals such as Roskilde and Reeperbahn. Their debut album "Micro Pleasures," scheduled for release in 2026 and featuring collaborations with international artists, will solidify their reputation as an innovative Electro-Punk band gaining increasing international attention. Farveblind has established itself as one of the most impressive live acts in Denmark over the past few years, performing from Berghain to Bristol, from Aalborg to Copenhagen. With their infectious energy, they have thrilled audiences on stages across Europe and Asia, including at renowned events like the Roskilde Festival, Stereoleto, Eurosonic Noorderslag, and the Reeperbahn Festival. Since 2019, they have released three EPs ("BOXES," "Mayhem," and "All Clubs Are Bastards"), earning nominations for music awards and widespread recognition from fans and critics alike. The trio produces edgy electronic music that combines influences from Acid Techno, Breakbeats, and Punk — somewhere between Justice, Underworld, Ho99o9, Death Grips, and HEALTH. Their self-produced debut album "Micro Pleasures" will be released in May 2026. It was mixed by Gustav Brunn (known for his work with Viagra Boys and Yung Lean) and features numerous exciting guest contributions from K.Flay, Django Django, Emmeline, Elliphant, Foreign Air, USERS, and other artists. The album campaign began in September with the single "Salary Man" — a song built on a driving 303 bassline and carried by the raw vocals of Sean Michael Seldorf Flaherty from Danish punk band USERS. The track captures the oppressive monotony of modern office culture. In November, they released "Battle Lady-Like" together with Foreign Air, which the band describes as a sonic collision between Led Zeppelin and MF DOOM. Thanks to their unique sound identity, Farveblind has secured music placements in several productions by Netflix and Amazon Studios. Additionally, they have executed custom projects for companies such as Netflix and IKEA. The speaker brand AIAIAI also featured the band in a short documentary. Their upcoming single "Micro Pleasures" will be heard in the new film Shelter, starring Jason Statham, which premieres in January 2026.
