JO Xund & Fit | every Thursday Klammtour - Hike to and through the Liechtensteinklamm.Together with your hiking guide Vanessa, you will hike along the forest path from Alpendorf down to the Liechtensteinklamm. During the hike, Vanessa will not only tell you exciting details about the gorge's formation, but also interesting facts about its discovery history and the role of the Prince of Liechtenstein, after whom the gorge is named. Vanessa also explains how the elaborate infrastructure - including footbridges, bridges and the spectacular Helix staircase - must be constantly maintained to make the gorge safely and environmentally friendly accessible to visitors. Already at the entrance, the narrow gorge impresses with its unique atmosphere: rushing water, steeply rising rock faces and the fascinating play of light and shadow give an idea of the natural forces at work here.
