Director Thomas Reichert, who has been associated with the Salzburg Marionette Theatre through several productions since 2006, focuses on the timeless aspects of the tragedy in his new production. His stage version tells the story, including its tragic and comedic elements, in a condensed contemporary language, without overlooking Shakespeare's poetry.
