An institution for years - more than just an insider tip! Every Tuesday from 7 AM to 12 PM, the Hauptplatz transforms into a market of delicacies. The traditional Grünmarkt amidst historic townhouses is a popular meeting point week after week for those who appreciate the rich and always fresh offerings from direct marketers. In addition to the usual seasonal products, you can also enjoy all sorts of delicacies here. The Grünmarkt is visited by many people every Tuesday. Everyone appreciates the rich and fresh selection of goods. The big plus of this market lies primarily in the authenticity of the goods offered; many direct marketers offer their products, and consumers can convince themselves of the excellent quality through personal inspection and direct conversations with the vendors. In addition, Ried's Hauptplatz offers a wonderful backdrop. The strongly longitudinal, slightly curved square has an old Bavarian hall character, and the facades of the townhouses show straight finishes. Their partly still Gothic or early Baroque core architecture was fronted with new facades in the 19th century. The beautiful ambiance invites you to linger after visiting the Grünmarkt.
