Line Dance Kurs
What's it about?
The Line Dance course in Hallstatt offers a combination of physical and mental activity as well as social interaction. Participants learn choreographed dances to various music styles. Line dancing promotes coordination, balance, cardiovascular health, and muscle strength (legs, torso). It is an excellent memory training and is considered a 'fountain of youth,' helping to prevent dementia and improve everyday footing.
