It is a holistic practice that helps us to perceive ourselves mindfully and honestly, to handle life's challenges consciously, and to take responsibility for our well-being. In my yoga studio in Bad Ischl, I accompany you on this path. I combine physical exercises, breath work, relaxation, meditation, as well as impulses from yoga philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine into a well-founded experiential space. It is not about performance or perfection, but about a friendly, appreciative relationship with oneself, self-efficacy, health promotion, and quality of life. In small groups and a personal atmosphere, I teach in an undogmatic, clear, and understandable manner – based on my interdisciplinary training and many years of experience.
