What's it about?

The Schlosskonzerte (Castle Concerts) at Seeschloss Ort in Gmunden, a concert series for wind orchestras, have established themselves among music lovers in recent years as a fixed point in Gmunden's cultural summer. And even those who were not fans of wind music until now will be surprised and delighted! The repertoire at the highest musical level of the selected wind orchestras is indescribably versatile. From classical wind music to rock classics, jazz, soul and big band sounds, as well as music from the current charts of international publishers, everything is included in the Schlosskonzerte program.The Schlosskonzerte first took place as a pilot project in 2007 and were so well received that the concert series was continued from year to year.
