Stars of the future from Traunsee to the world stages Franz Schubert (1797-1828): Four Impromptus D 935, op. 142, No. 1-4 Lewko Rewuzkyj (1889-1977): Preludes (selection) Frédéric Chopin (1810-1849): Sonata No. 3 in B minor op. 58 This piano recital combines central works of romantic piano literature with selected preludes by a 20th-century Ukrainian composer. This creates a program arc that juxtaposes different traditions and forms of expression of the piano from lyrical concentration to great formal tension. Roman Fediurko, whose playing is described by critics as entirely dedicated to the music, will be at the piano. The pianist, born in Kyiv in 2004, is a laureate of numerous international competitions and regularly performs on renowned stages and at international festivals. His interpretations are characterized by technical mastery, musical depth, and great artistic sensitivity. An evening for all who wish to experience classical piano music from different musical traditions in a concentrated form.
