What's it about?

The Schiffleutmuseum provides an overview of salt shipping on the Traun River over several centuries: from its origins, through its period of prosperity, to its decline. Using original exhibits and finely crafted models such as the ship slide at Traunfall in Roitham or a shipbuilding site on the Traun, the work of the salt sailors is vividly demonstrated.
