Advent at the Wildpark

What's it about?

To conclude the event season, there is again a high number of visitors at the Grünau Wildlife Park. Once more, the first Advent weekend with the 'Bratwurst Sunday' in our natural landscape is dedicated to the pre-Christmas season. Two days of Advent atmosphere! This year, the gates will open on Saturday, November 28th at 10:00 AM, and shopping opportunities will be available until 7:00 PM. On Sunday, November 29th, visitors are welcome between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. A good opportunity for regional Christmas gifts. Many selected exhibitors will present their works and art pieces again. These range from handmade woodturning crafts and bags to schnapps, cookies, as well as clay and felt works, among others. Like last year, a blacksmith will be live at his forge during the market, forging and offering his artworks for sale. Christmas atmosphere and scents, live music, roasted chestnuts, as well as punch and mulled cider will contribute to the festive mood.
