Kasberg - Legends On the Kasberg, a cave is called "Fünffingerlucke" (Five-Finger Hole) because the impression of five fingers is visible on the wall in the limestone. Gold treasures are said to be hidden there, but no one has yet recovered them. A woodcutter once let himself down into the hole on a rope and is said to have found a stream that carried a lot of gold sand. On the western slope of the Kasberg towards Hetzau, a patch of meadow always remains snow-free. A dairymaid was once murdered here. Where her blood flowed, no snow remains.
