What's it about?

Through Molln on a Waffenrad! For the fourth time, Waffenrad enthusiasts in traditional costume will swing themselves onto these old rarities and experience a special kind of nostalgic festival. On Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 2:00 PM, it's time again: put on your Lederhosn and Dirndl, get on your historic Waffenrad, and comfortably cycle about 4 kilometers through Molln. The start and finish is the over 400-year-old Hoisn Haus at Maultrommelstraße 9 - a former jaw harp forge, lovingly cared for and preserved by the "Freunde des Hoisn Haus" association. After the ride, the afternoon will end comfortably in and around the historic Hoisn Haus. With bottled beer and cider, hot stew, as well as coffee and cake, there will be time for exchange and stories. As a special highlight, a Waffenrad will be raffled off!
