Märchenhafter Advent in Hinterstoder Traditionally on the first Advent weekend, the center of Hinterstoder is dressed in a Christmas attire. The large Christmas tree, the warm glow of candles and lanterns set the tone for the most contemplative time of the year. Be enchanted by the atmospheric setting around the lovingly decorated stalls of local clubs, regional businesses, and artists, illuminated by the light of fire bowls. The handcrafted treasures range from nativity scenes, ceramics, pearl and silver jewelry, fashion accessories made of wool, felt, and fabric, to woodturning, carvings, and children's toys. Additionally, wild game products, bratwurst, woodcutter's snacks, raclette bread, liqueurs, cookies, herbs, honey products, billets, pictures, door wreaths, arrangements, health products, and much more are offered. In the cozy parish café, delicious homemade pastries are served with coffee. Festive Christmas music by local bands enhances the atmosphere...
