Alpineum Hinterstoder

The Alpineum – opened in 1998 – tells the story of the Stodertal. You will learn about the life-threatening work of the lumberjacks, the alpinistic development history of the Totes Gebirge, and the evolution of skiing from its beginnings to the World Cup. Here, the past comes alive and becomes an experience for visitors. Let yourself be surprised and test your skills on the retro ski simulator! In addition to the permanent exhibition, successful special exhibitions on various topics regularly surprise visitors. Her many years of experimental engagement with various techniques are an integral part of her individual, authentic works.
