Musician gatherings enliven the folk music scene in the Strudengau! STRUDENGAU. The Upper Austrian Folk Song Association invites you to a musician gathering under the title "Wocha teil’n" starting at the end of May, on the last Wednesday of each month, from 6 PM, in a Strudengau inn. Folk music is experiencing a revival in the Strudengau: in recent years, numerous new ensembles have formed, including "Schallhammonie" and "Heibodnmusi" from Bad Kreuzen, "WoidHoizMusi" and "Für Sie" from Waldhausen, and the versatile ensemble "Ållerhand" from Grein. The Upper Austrian Folk Song Association now provides regular performance opportunities for folk music groups with the new program "Wocha teil’n".
