Gigerlitzbrunnen

Stone fountain in front of the Danube facade of the new town hall, referred to in documents as "Gigerlitzbrunnen", was built by the Italian master stonemason Spozzi around 1636. The coins thrown into the fountain are said to promise the "donor" a happy return to Grein. It is also said of this fountain that whoever had once drunk from it would always return to Grein.
