What's it about?
Movement is for me much more than sport – it is a source of strength, energy, and well-being. In my Pilates classes, I want to make exactly that experienceable! Pilates trains the coordinated interplay of muscle chains. Special attention is paid to the development of the deep muscles – they form the foundation for healthy, efficient movement. For a varied workout, I like to work with small Pilates equipment – they introduce new stimuli, challenge perception, and make each session lively. I bring 9 years of professional experience into my work, accompanied by continuous further training. The knowledge from Spiral Dynamics and intensive research in anatomy have deepened my understanding of movement sequences sustainably – I incorporate this knowledge into every single class!
