She plans to do undercover research in the red-light district as a kind of dare. As a telephone operator in a call center, she gains enough insight into a completely different world. Connecting prostitutes to sex businesses proves easier than expected. She also befriends a call girl, but she is murdered in the call center. Naturally, Andi, the owner of the call center, wants to find out who the perpetrator is, but without police. Laura is supposed to help him, but how? Nina Jelinek was born in 1977 in Linz and studied journalism and sociology. After working at newspapers in the education sector and a small research institute, she eventually moved to the Pedagogical University of Linz.
