In this workshop, Hannelore Kleiß invites you to rediscover this ancient custom, create your own 'holy times,' and consciously experience the healing rhythm of the seasonal cycle. Local incense plants inspire a sensory appreciation of nature. During the smudging, you will learn how plants can help us to find calm, let go of the old, and gain new strength. The workshop provides solid knowledge and many practical tips about smudging. At the end, you will assemble your very own incense blend—a fragrant keepsake to take home. About the instructor: Hannelore Kleiß grew up on a small farm in the Freistadt district. Her love for nature has been with her since childhood and is a source of her joy and inspiration. As an herbal educator, nature ambassador, and author of the book 'Räuchern zu heiligen Zeiten,' she enthusiastically shares her knowledge of native wild plants through courses, herbal walks, and lectures.
